Intro

If anyone still doesn't know this, don't go to the store when

you are actually hungry.  That is a great way to blow half of

your food budget on junk food.  So what do you do if you are

on food stamps or paycheck to paycheck and you really are

that hungry when it is time to go to the store?

Simple...write down your list for the month when you are not

hungry.  If you can tolerate olive oil--start using it for

cooking.  Stock up on spices as well...it will be expensive

at first--but you'll thank yourself later when you have ways

to flavor your food without salt.

Stock up on eggs and

avocado.  Eggs with the exception of their cholesterol are

healthy.  Further eggs are cheap per serving.  Avocado has

the good cholesterol in it.  While admittedly it is expensive

that is balanced out by that it is also filling.

Rice,

beans and cheese are also staples on a grocery list.  Rice

and beans are cheap and cheese flavors anything and can

refrigerate well.

There is more to it but hopefully this

helps you start writing a
healthy grocery list for two.
